About me and my perception of everything:
I spent my childhood until I went to high school in Zagreb, immersed in the nature of the beautiful region of Šćulac and Duga Resa, the surrounding forests, and the Korana and Mrežnica rivers, for which I still feel a strong need.
We came into this life for growth and development through experiences in this material existence. The condition for arrival (birth) is forgetfulness, not remembering who and what we are, where we came from and why. Through remembering our divine origin, we (re)discover and know ourselves, others and this creation in which we live, we grow and learn by facing the challenges that life puts before us.
Accepting that we are all different and at different stages of the journey and gaining experience is necessary for our growth. It is also okay that not everyone is given this knowledge in this life. Every experience of life is equally valuable and priceless to God, the Universe, Creation, whatever you call it.
Knowledge depends on the level of awareness (consciousness), so we have different teachings, but they all speak of the same ultimate goal, although sometimes it does not seem that way (it depends on the level of awareness of each individual).
The characteristic of the time we live in is that everyone can find exactly what they need at a given moment for their growth and development, if they are ready to listen to their inner voice, the whisper of the soul that tells them what kind of food they need to survive in the vehicle they inhabit, in our body, in the temple of God.
The Shakti meditation is a simple meditation technique with a mantra. In addition to the mantra, the course also teaches basic breathing techniques (pranayama and krye), release of stress and anger, and touches on many important topics for daily functioning (food, media, relationships…) Meditation is daily hygiene of the mind and spirit, and in combination with body exercise, practicing various breathing techniques, we raise awareness and expand the boundaries of knowledge, expand the boundaries of our world. Everything we do, we see that it is sacred, that it is a ceremony if we are present, every leaf, every drop, every blade of grass whispers to us the song of creation if we listen and watch attentively.
As children, we are all in a state of the divine, in admiration, wonder and the question of who created everything? Returning to that state at least for moments during the day is desirable and possible precisely through the described practices.
Everything is connected, the universe around us and the universe in us from plus to minus and vice versa.
If you recognize yourself in my words, the description of my personal experience, and if your soul joyfully whispers to you, “I’m waiting for this,” come towards me, I’m waiting for your call!
