A journey back to our true Nature – A life dedicated to Healing

Since childhood I have felt a deep connection with Nature. I loved spending time with my grand-mother, learning about the healing wisdom of medicinal plants and experiencing Nature as a source of healing, nourishment and guidance. 

From a very young age I felt that my Dharma – my life’s purpose – was to support people on their journey towards healing on a holistic level – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

This calling led me to study Ayurvedic Medicine (Middlesex University, London), and to deepen my clinical experience working in several hospitals (including P.D. Patel Ayurved Hospital in Nadiad, Gujarat). For many years I have been guiding Pancakarma treatments in my own practice and at the Rosenberg Ayurveda Kurzentrum (Birstein, Germany).

My journey has continued to unfold through classical homeopathy and the wisdom of Vedic tradition, including Yoga, Vedic Astrology (Jyotish),  Psychotherapy and Shakti Meditation to enrich my approach of the human being as a whole – body, mind and soul.

Shakti Meditation holds a very precious place in my heart. It is a deeply blissful and transformative meditation practice that helps us to reconnect with our true inner nature from which self-healing can unfold.

 A sacred space in harmony with Nature

For many years, I have carried a vision in my heart of creating a place where this inner journey could be supported  by the surrounding environment – a space created in harmony with Nature and the subtle cosmic forces that have guided Vedic traditions for thousands of years. This vision led me to Sthapatya Veda – or Vastu, the ancient Vedic science of architecture and living in harmony with the Cosmic laws of Nature and the Universe.

Today I feel deeply grateful that this vision has taken form. A beautiful piece of land surrounded by the beauty and stillness of Nature came into my life, giving me the opportunity to create a Vastu space in Bad Kreuznach (Germany).
