Boris Nikolic

My name is Boris Nikolic and I am a Software Engineer based in Belgrade, Serbia.
In one of many blissful experiences, Ananda Ma named me Brahmananda, so I will also answer if you call me like this. Besides my professional life as a programmer, I perform music on big stages with various musical groups and organizations. Teaching and mentoring are essential parts of my life, so I also mentor beginners in programming from start to paid jobs.

Meditation became an essential part of my life in 2014., after meeting Ananda Vdovic at a weekend seminar in Belgrade. Since then, I have spent thousands of hours in deep meditation and advanced meditation retreats with various enlightened masters. Somewhere along the path I also started practicing Yoga asanas and reading Vedic scriptures regularly.

In 2020., I got trained as a meditation teacher by Ananda Ma and since then I am passing on the Vedic knowledge of mantras and meditation, as well as the many different Yogic techniques like Pranayamas, Kriyas, Asanas, and Vedic wisdom in general.

In 2021. I was initiated into the Usui Reiki tradition by Master Ivana Panic, and since I practice it regularly, on myself and others, it also became another essential part of my sadhana.

The greatest joy for me is when I can help people uplift and to see the change in their eyes.
